Our Expertise
Physician-led behavioral health services for hospitals, acute care settings, and recovery programs.
Salus Medical Collective is a physician-led behavioral health group providing psychiatric leadership, consultative services, and clinical coverage for organizations seeking reliable, high-quality behavioral health care. Founded and led by Amizetta C. Clark, MD, MBA, a physician board-certified in both Psychiatry and Internal Medicine, Salus Medical Collective brings a uniquely integrated perspective to behavioral health: one that understands psychiatric complexity, medical comorbidity, hospital operations, and the importance of accountable physician leadership.
Our clinicians have extensive experience across acute inpatient psychiatry, consult-liaison psychiatry, addiction and recovery care, medical directorship, hospital committee leadership, peer review, ethics consultation, quality improvement, and unit-level policy development. We work closely with hospitals and behavioral health organizations to strengthen clinical systems, improve access to psychiatric care, and support safe, efficient, patient-centered treatment.
At Salus Medical Collective, we believe behavioral health services work best when physicians are meaningfully involved, clinically accountable, and integrated into the broader care team. Our model emphasizes consistency, responsiveness, collaboration, and practical solutions tailored to each facility’s needs.
Behavioral health programs need more than coverage. They need physician partners who understand clinical care, hospital systems, interdisciplinary teamwork, quality improvement, and the realities of day-to-day operations.
